LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 8 (SeeNews) – Slovenian drug maker Krka's [LJE:KRKG] has proposed to pay a gross dividend of 5.0 euro ($5.94) per share from its 2020 earnings, up 17.6% on the year, it said.
The proposal will be put to the vote at the company's annual shareholders' meeting to be held on July 8, Krka said in a filing with the Ljubljana bourse on Wednesday.
Under the plan, an overall 156.1 million euro from Krka's 337.51 million euro profit booked in 2020 will be distributed as a dividend, while half of the remainder will go to reserves and the other half will be carried forward.
Krka's shares won 0.42% and closed at 19.90 euro on the stock exchange on Wednesday.
