May 25 (SeeNews) - Slovenian financial services provider KD Group [LJE: KDHR] said on Monday it plans to distribute a dividend of 32 euro ($35) per share this year.
Under the plan, the company will allocate to dividend payout 79 million euro from its 2019 net profit of 110 million euro, KD Group said in a statement.
The remaining 31 million euro of last year's profit will remain undistributed.
The dividend payout proposal will be put to the vote by the shareholders of KD Group on June 26.
The company swung to profit last year, from an 8.4 million euro loss in 2018.
It has distributed no dividend in the last six years.
KD Group's shares changed hands at 87 euro by 10:35 CET on Monday, up from their closing price of 85 euro in their last trading on May 20.
