LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), June 25 (SeeNews) – Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia increased 17.8% year-on-year in the first five months of 2019, reaching 7,598, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Tuesday.
In May alone, the registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia rose 2.9% on the year to 1,398, ACEA said in a statement.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose 23.2% to 6,305 units in the January-May period, while registrations of new heavy commercial vehicles increased by 1.1% to 1,183.
Registrations of new commercial vehicles in the EU, excluding Malta, rose 6.5% to 1,102,276 in the first five months of the year.
