LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 12 (SeeNews) – Slovenian company Istrabenz [LJE:ITBG] said on Thursday it has signed a deal to sell its 73.77% stake in IT company Actual to Italy’s DBA LAB.
Istrabenz, the parent company of the namesake holding firm, said in a statement it will sell 1 million ordinary, registered, freely transferable, no-par value Actual shares.

The sale agreement will take effect as soon as all relevant conditions agreed by the parties are met.
Koper-based Actual Group operates in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Italy.
Istrabenz Holding, which is undergoing restructuring, is active in investment, energy, tourism and IT technology.
