May 23 (SeeNews) - Slovenian investment company Intus Invest has acquired a 13.14% stake in local diversified firm Istrabenz from the country's largest lender, state-owned Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB), Istrabenz said on Tuesday.
Intus Invest has purchased a total of 680,524 Istrabenz shares from NLB, which has exited the company, Istrabenz said in a filing with the Ljubljana bourse.

The price of the deal was not disclosed.
Prior to the acquisition, Intus Invest owned no shares in Istrabenz.
The Istrabenz group comprises companies operating in energy, tourism and other sectors.
