January 4 (SeeNews) - Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa's [LJE:IEKG] management board vice president, Marko Rems, has resigned, Intereuropa said.
The mandate of Rems will end on January 8 and his areas of responsibility will be covered temporarily by the management board Damijan Vajs and board member Blanka Cesnik Wolf, Intereuropa said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
On January 9, Rems will begin a five-year term of office as a member of the executive management of Slovenian state-owned postal operator Posta Slovenije, the majority shareholder of Intereuropa, the logistics company said.
The four-year term of office of Rems as vice president of the management board started in July 2021. He is responsible for the areas of finance, accounting and controlling, real estate management, central procurement, IT support, the project office, legal affairs, and corporate integrity and compliance of Intereuropa.
