June 29 (SeeNews) - Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] plans to retain its entire distributable profit of 13.6 million euro ($14.3 million) reported for 2021, it said.
The company's shareholders approved the proposal on June 28, Intereuropa said in a statement filed with the Ljubljana bourse late on Tuesday.
The proposal was approved by 99.7% of shareholders who voted at the meeting.
The company skipped the payment of dividend in the last three years.
Intereuropa recorded a consolidated net profit of 6.7 million euro in 2021, up 88%, as earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) totalled 13.8 million euro in 2021, up 12%.
Intereuropa Group,majority owned by Posta Slovenije, provides logistics services for numerous customers from different economic and other sectors via 12 companies in nine countries in Southeast Europe and Ukraine.
