July 3 (SeeNews) - Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] said it will skip dividend payment for 2016.
A majority of the company's shareholders have voted to skip dividend and retain the entire accumulated profit of 3.5 million euro ($4.0 million), Intereuropea said in a Ljubljana bourse filing on Friday.
The company earlier proposed to pay a total of 106,580 euro as dividend to its preferential shareholders and a total 992,973 euro to all no-par-value shareholders, while carrying forward 2.4 million euro.
The small shareholders have announced they will challenge the adopted resolution.
Intereuropa's shareholders are Slovenia's SID banka with a 17.99% stake, followed by NLB banka with 17.37% of all voting rights, Nova KBM banka with 14.69%, Gorenjska banka with 11.17% and Luka Koper with 4.9%.
