LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), May 14 (SeeNews) – The share price of logistics group Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] fell the most among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Tuesday, erasing the gains from the previous session, bourse data shows.
Intereuropa's shares closed 3.08% lower at 2.52 euro. On Monday, the company was the top blue-chip gainer, adding 4.00% to 2.6 euro.
On Friday, Intereuropa said a group of banks - ID Banka, Nova Ljubljanska Banka, Gorenjska Banka, Nova KBM, SKB Banka, and Banka Intesa Sanpaolo, has signed an agreement with Posta Slovenije for the sale of 72.13% of the shares of the logistics group to the state-owned postal services operator. According to Slovenian media reports, Posta Slovenije will acquire 72% of the share capital of Intereuropa for 105 million euro.
Pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] advanced the most among the blue chips. The company's share price rose 0.68% to a closing value of 58.8 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed 0.18% lower at 862.94 points on Tuesday.
Total trading turnover on the Ljubljana bourse rose to 2.7 million euro ($3.0 million) from 727,950 euro on Monday.
Financial group KD [LJE:KDHR] contributed the largest portion – 1.5 million euro, to Tuesday's total trading turnover on the LJSE.
