February 15 (SeeNews) - Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa's [LJE:IEKG] said its shareholders approved the appointment of Marko Cegnar, Ivana Vrviscar, Slavko Ovcina and Borut Vujcic as new supervisory board members.
They will replace Karmen Lebe Grajf, Sebastijan Gostencnik and Gregor Korene, and their four-year terms of office will begin on February 15, Intereuropa said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
The changes on the supervisory board of Intereuropa were proposed by the company's majority shareholder, state-run Posta Slovenije, the logistics company said.
Last week, Intereuropa said its managing board president Damijan Vajs resigned. The company did not reveal the reasons for the resignation, but the move comes after a thorough restructuring of the management of Posta Slovenije, launched after the government of prime minister Robert Golob took office last year.
