November 29 (SeeNews) - Slovenian logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] recorded a consolidated net profit of 4.6 million euro ($5.2 million) in the first nine months of 2021, up 90% on the year, it said.
Consolidated earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) totalled 10.8 million euro in January-June, up 14% year-on-year, Intereuropa said in an interim financial report on Friday.
Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) amounted to 5.9 million euro, an increase of 52% relative to the first nine months of last year, while sales revenue went up to 129.2 million euro during the first half of 2021 from 111.6 million euro in the like period of last year.
The group’s net debt amounted to 39.3 million euro at the end of the first half of the year, a 11% decrease relative to the end of 2020.
Intereuropa's shares closed at 1.40 euro on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday, up 2.19%.
