LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), March 26 (SeeNews) – Slovenian state-owned electricity producer Holding Slovenske Elektrarne (HSE) has appointed Stojan Nikolic as new director general and Viktor Vracar as chief operating officer, both for a four-year term, it said.
The new director general will assume office on April 1, while the chief operating officer will do so on May 1, HSE said in a statement on Monday following a meeting of its supervisory board.

HSE's supervisory board also elected its new chairman - Bostjan Markoli, to replace Milan Perovic who resigned in mid-March.
“Stojan Nikolic and Viktor Vracar are experts with years of experience in business, both in Slovenia and internationally, including in the energy sector,” Markoli said after the meeting.
HSE Group is Slovenia's largest electricity producer and trader and has companies, branches and representative offices in Croatia, Serbia, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Macedonia.
