July 25 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia increased 20.1% on the year to 7,537 in the first half of 2017, provisional data from the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, indicated on Tuesday.
In June alone, the registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia grew 35.0% on the year to 1,355, ACEA said in a statement.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes rose 25.7% year-on-year to 6,226 units in January-June, while registrations of new heavy commercial vehicles edged up 0.5% to 1,124.
Registrations of new commercial vehicles in the EU, excluding Malta, rose by 4.2% on the year to 1,221,811 units in the first six months of 2017.
