LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), March 16 (SeeNews) – Slovenian home appliances manufacturer Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] said on Friday it has received seven non-binding offers from strategic and financial investors interested in purchasing its waste recycling unit Gorenje Surovina.
Following the analysis of all offers received, five potential investors were invited to proceed to the due diligence phase of the sale of Gorenje Surovina and its affiliated companies, Gorenje said in a statement.

In the due diligence process beginning next week selected potential investors will be granted access to the virtual data room, visits to selected locations of Gorenje Surovina and its affiliated companies as well as meetings with the management bodies of these companies.
Gorenje expects binding offers for the purchase of its unit to be submitted by May 29, 2018.at the latest.
