LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 7 (SeeNews) – Slovenian home appliances maker Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] said on Thursday its management board adopted a resolution to transform into a limited liability company with a share capital of 101.4 million euro ($115.8 million).
The new company will be renamed to Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, headquartered in Velenje, in Slovenia, the home appliances maker said in a bourse filing, following a shreholders meeting.
