November 14 (SeeNews) - Slovenian energy group GEN-I said it has signed a partnership deal with Croatia's Hrvatski Telekom to accelerate the development of e-mobility in the region.
Under the deal, the owners of electric cars in Slovenia and Croatia who use GEN-I's e-mobility services will be able from now on to also use the electric vehicle (EV) charging stations operated by Hrvatski Telekom, GEN-I said in a statement on Wednesday.
GEN-I has already provided its customers with more than 200 EV charging stations across Slovenia. Thanks to the cooperation with Hrvatski Telekom, this network is now expanded to include a further 150 charging stations across the border in Croatia.
"The positive user experience is crucial for the successful transition to e-mobility," GEN-I said, adding it has the largest fleet of electric vehicles in Slovenia.
GEN-I is one of the leading players on the European energy market, with 15 subsidiaries and operations in more than 20 European countries.
