November 25 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's economic sentiment index went up in November by 1.8 percentage points (pps) monthly, after edging down 0.6 pp month-on-month in October, the country's statistical office said.
On an annual comparison basis, the overall economic sentiment indicator decreased by 4.8 pps in November, after declining by 8.6 pps in October, the statistical office said in a statement.
The monthly increase was influenced by higher values of all confidence indicators. In the services segment it went up by 1.5 pps, in manufacturing by 1.4 pps, among consumers by 0.3 pp, in retail trade by 0.2 pp, and in construction by 0.2 pp.
The annual decline was influenced by confidence indicators in manufacturing, down 4.5 pps and among consumers, down 2.0 pps. The change in value was positively influenced by higher confidence indicators in services by 1.1 pps, in retail trade by 0.6 pp, and in construction by 0.1 pp.
