November 24 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's economic sentiment index increased by one percentage point month-on month in November, after increasing by the same margin in October, seasonally adjusted data from the country's statistics office showed on Thursday.
On an annual basis, the indicator was 2.8 percentage points higher in November, the data indicated. In November, the index was 11.2 percentage points above the long-term average.
The confidence index in the services sector in November was 1 percentage points higher than in October 2016. Compared to November 2015, it increased by 3 percentage points and was 14 percentage points above the long-term average.
In November, the level of confidence in the manufacturing sector was 1 percentage point higher on the month. It remained unchanged compared to November last year and was 9 percentage points above the long-term average.
The confidence indicator for the retail sector was 8 percentage points higher than in October. It increased by 5 percentage points on the year and was 9 percentage points above the long-term average.
In November, the confidence indicator in the construction sector was 1 percentage point higher than a month earlier. Compared to November last year, it increased by 13 percentage points and was 17 percentage points above the long-term average.
