November 24 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's economic sentiment index increased by 0.6 percentage points (p.p.) month-on-month to 16.1 points in November, after rising 3.1 points in October to the pre-crisis level of 15.4 points, seasonally adjusted data from the country's statistical office showed on Friday.
The indicator was 8.2 percentage points higher than in November 2016 and 18.5 p.p. above the long-term average, the data indicated.
In November, the services confidence indicator was 2 p.p. higher than in October. Compared to the same month last year, it increased by 8 p.p. and was 20 p.p. above the long-term average.
The manufacturing confidence indicator was 2 p.p. higher on the month. Compared to November 2016, it increased by 7 p.p. and was 15 p.p. above the long-term average.
In November, the retail trade confidence indicator was 2 p.p. higher than in October. Compared to November 2016 it increased by 12 p.p. and was 18 p.p. above the long-term average.
The construction confidence indicator was 8 p.p. lower than in October, and 13 p.p. higher than in November 2016. It was also 32 p.p. above the long-term average.
