December 24 (SeeNews) - Slovenia’s consumer confidence indicator went up by a monthly 3 percentage points (pps) in December, after decreasing by 2 pps in the preceding month, the country's statistical office said.
In annual terms, consumer confidence was up by 6 pps in December, the statistical office said in a statement on Thursday.
All four components of the consumer confidence indicator improved at the monthly level, with expectations about the country’s economy rising by 7 pps, about households’ finances growing by 2 pps, for major purchases by 1 pp, and for current households’ finances also by 1 pp.
At the annual level, expectations about the country’s economy went up by 11 pps, about current households’ finances by 6 pps, for major purchases by 4 pps, and about households’ finances by 1 pp.
