LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 21 (SeeNews) – Slovenian chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] rose the most among the blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Friday, recovering from the losses recorded in the previous day, bourse data showed.
Cinkarna Celje closed 3.47% higher at 179.0 euro in a trading volume of 751 shares. A day earlier the company's shares fell 2.81% to 173.0 euro.
Logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] was the top blue-chip decliner on Friday, erasing the gains recorded in the previous session. The company's shares fell 2.17 % to 2.70 euro on Friday. On Thursday, the company closed 6.15% higher at 2.76 euro.
Earlier on Friday the company said it plans to achieve a growing consolidated sales turnover of 168.5 million euro and an EBITDA of 13.2 million euro in 2019. Investments at group level in 2019 are planned in the amount of 5.9 million euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, rose 0.50% to 794.88 points.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE decreased to 2.63 million euro ($1.04 million) on Friday from 3.75 million euro on Thursday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] accounted for nearly half of the total trading turnover on Friday, as trade in its shares generated a turnover of 1.3 million euro.
