LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), December 12 (SeeNews) – Slovenian chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] fell the most among blue chips on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Wednesday, erasing its gains in the previous session, bourse data shows.
Cinkarna Celje shares ended 5.74% lower at 197.0 euro in a trading volume of 803 shares. On Tuesday, Cinkarna Celje was the top blue-chip gainer, closing 1.46% higher at 209.0 euro.
There were no gainers among the blue chips on LSJE on Wednesday.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, fell 1.35% to 795.80 points on Wednesday.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE increased to 1.04 million euro ($1.2 million) on Wednesday, from 989,340 euro on Tuesday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] accounted for nearly half of the total trading turnover on Tuesday, as trade in its shares generated a turnover of 534,940 euro. It closed at 54.4 euro, 0.73% down.
