LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 21 (SeeNews) – Slovenian chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] has applied for the listing of its shares on the prime market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, the company said on Thursday.
"On January 21, the company submitted a request to the Ljubljana Stock Exchange to transfer shares from the standard to the prime market," Cinkarna Celje said in a bourse filing.
The date of the actual transfer of shares to the prime market will be announced by the company immediately after receiving approval by the stock exchange, Cinkarna Celje said.
Cinkarna Celje has 807,977 shares trading on the standard market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of 149.5 million euro ($181.4 million).
The company's shares traded up 1.09% at 185 euro by 09:46 CET on Thursday on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.
