June 2 (SeeNews) - Slovenian document printing company Cetis [LJSE:CETG] plans to propose to its shareholders the payment of a gross dividend of 2.0 euro ($2.1) per share on 2021 earnings, it said.
Cetis will hold its general shareholders' meeting on June 16, the company said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange earlier this week.
The proposed date of dividend payment will be within 90 days after adopting the resolution of the general shareholders' meeting, Cetis said.
Cetis recorded a consolidated net profit of 10.7 million euro in 2021, up 48.6%. Sales revenue rose 15.5% to 78.3 million euro in 2021, as 53.4% were generated on the domestic market.
