LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), May 21 (SeeNews) – The number of building permits issued in Slovenia in April amounted to 441, compared to 440 in March, the office of national statistics said on Tuesday.
A total of 186 permits were issued for residential projects in April, down 16% on the month, while 255 permits were issued for non-residential buildings, up 15%, the statistical office said in a statement.
The total floor area of buildings for which permits were issued in April, was 123,502 sq m, up 1% in comparison with March.
The construction of 252 dwellings was planned in the permits issued in April, down 20%.
