LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), March 20 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's ‘bad bank’, the Bank Assets Management Company (DUTB), said on Monday it is inviting binding offers for the purchase of claims worth a total of 6.7 million euro ($7.2 million) against Serbia-based Verano Motors, which is in bankruptcy.
The bank intends to sell off its claims, including accrued court fees, interest and accessory rights held against the authorised dealer of French carmaker Peugeot for Serbia, it said in a statement.

The deadline for the submission of binding offers is April 24.
DUTB was established in March 2013 as a government-owned company with the aim of facilitating the restructuring of local banks facing severe solvency and liquidity problems.
