A potential buyer may bid for all claims combined, for a single claim or for a bundle of claims, the 'bad bank' noted.
The combined useful electricity generation capacity of the companies is 6.6 MW.
Bioplin Gjerkes owns and operates three biogas power plants each with a capacity of 1 MW, Bioplin Vargazon has two power plants with a capacity of 1 MW each, Bio Futura's location allows for profitable collection of organic waste from the Ljubljana, Trieste and Rijeka regions, while DOM=EN Domen Jursa operates one power plant which is currently being rented to a tenant.
Bio Plinarna Branko Arnus owns and operates one power plant with a capacity of 1 MW and produces 8.2 million kWh net electrical energy and a little more of thermal energy annually.
The deadline for the submission of bids was not specified in the tender documents.
DUTB was established in March 2013 as a government-owned company with the aim of facilitating the restructuring of local banks facing severe solvency and liquidity problems.
