January 12 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Axor Holding has slightly reduced its stake in real estate company Equinox [LJE:EQNX] to 72.7%, Equinox said.
Axor Holding disposed of 270 Equinox shares with a value of 13,400 euro ($14,413) on January 9, 1,430 Equinox shares with a value of 58,964 euro on January 10, as well as 385 shares worth 19,148 euro on January 11, Equinox said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

Following the transactions, Axor Holding owns 1,303,385 Equinox shares, the real estate company said.
Axor Holding is Equinox's majority shareholder, followed by state-owned company Kapitalska Druzba with 18.75%. The remainder is owned by a number of minority shareholders.
Equinox, established on May 3, 2021, was the first real estate joint-stock company to join the Slovenian equity market. On January 31, 1,793,869 of its shares were listed on the standard market segment of the LJSE.
