LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 28 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's retail sales grew by 11.0% year-on-year in January, after increasing by 11.2% in December, data from the country's statistical office showed on Thursday.
On a monthly comparison basis, retail trade turnover edged down 0.1% in January, following a 0.6% decrease in December, the statistical office said in a monthly report.
In 2018, Slovenia achieved retail sales growth of 4.7%, 3.5 percentage points lower than in 2017.
