LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), January 19 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's industrial producer prices rose by 2.2% on the year in 2017, after increasing by 0.5% in 2016, the country's statistical office said on Friday.
On the domestic market, industrial producer prices added 1.3% in 2017, while on the non-domestic market they went up 3.0%, the statistical office said in a monthly report.
In December alone, industrial prices rose by 2.2% on the year, after they increased by 2.5% in the previous month.
On a monthly comparison basis, Slovenia's producer price index (PPI) edged up 0.2% in December, after rising at the same rate in November.
On the domestic market, industrial producer prices added 1.8% year-on-year and edged up 0.1% on the month, while the output prices on the non-domestic market increased 2.6% on the year and rose 0.2% on the month.
