LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), August 15 (SeeNews) – The bankruptcy administrator of Slovenian producer of glues, paints and paper products Aero has sold the company's subsidiary Aero Copy to Swedish firm Scandstick for 700,000 euro ($823,100), Slovenian media reported.
The company, in receivership since 2015, sold its carbonless paper producing unit, the land, on which it is built, equipment and two 1,500 sq m warehouses to Scandstick at an auction last week, news agency STA reported on Monday.

Aero filed for receiver after reporting a loss of 7.7 million euro in 2014.
The Scandstick Group is one of Europe's leading manufactures of self-adhesive label stock material for the label printing industry.
