June 22 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's Adria Airways plans to replace its entire Bombardier fleet with an order of 12 Sukhoi Superjet 100 passenger aircraft, according to media reports.
The transaction will be financed by Russian state transport leasing company GTLK, while the delivery of the planes is expected in June next year, news portal EX-YU Aviation said on Wednesday.
Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company has confirmed that talks with Adria Airways will be held at the Paris Air Show, taking place between the 19th and 25th of June.
The two sides have been engaged in the project for six months, the news portal quoted Vladislav Masalov, president of Sukhoi Civil Aircraft, as saying.
Sukhoi Superjet 100 can seat between 87 and 108 passengers.
