LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), July 17 (SeeNews) - Slovenian lender Abanka said on Monday it has commenced a search for investors to acquire a portfolio of European non-performing loans (NPLs) with a total claim value of approximately 246 million euro ($282.1 million).
The portfolio comprises well-diversified non-performing exposures of Abanka to different companies, the lender said in a Ljubljana bouse filing.
Abanka noted that it is not obliged to conclude any kind of agreement on the sale of the NPLs portfolio with any potential investor.
