January 25 (SeeNews) - Registrations of new commercial vehicles in Slovenia dropped by an annual 18.1% to 9,585 last year, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, ACEA, said on Wednesday.
Registrations of new light commercial vehicles of up to 3.5 tonnes fell by 26.3% on the year to 7,139 vehicles in 2022, ACEA said in a statement, citing provisional data.
Registrations of new medium and heavy commercial vehicles of over 3.5 tonnes rose 19.9% on the year to 2,308 in the period under review.
New commercial vehicle registrations in the EU, excluding Malta, fell by 14.6% year-on-year to 1.6 million last year.
In EU12, which encompasses member states that have joined the EU since 2004, registrations were 8.2% lower at 233,813.
