March 31 (SeeNews) - Slovenian investment management company KS Nalozbe's [LJE:KSFR] subsidiary in Cyprus, GI Dakota Investments, has entered voluntary liquidation proceedings, KS Nalozbe said.
Cypriot citizen Rois Potamitis was appointed as liquidator of GI Dakota Investments, KS Nalozbe said in a filing with the Ljubljana Stock Exchange on Thursday.
KS Nalozbe said in November said it plans to propose its liquidation to shareholders during an extraordinary meeting to be held on December 12. The shareholders' meeting was later cancelled.
The investment management company's main line of business is the purchase, management and sale of shareholdings in other enterprises.
