October 3 (SeeNews) - Slovenian investment comopany Pom-Invest has raised its stake in local energy-to-tourism holding firm Istrabenz to 21.396% from 14.09%, Istrabenz said on Wednesday.
Pom-Invest has bought 378,327 shares in Istrabenz through its subsidiary Pomfin, Istrabenz said in a statement but gave no financial details.

Istrabenz shares gained 2.22% to an average price of 143.28 euro ($203) on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Wednesday.
On September 14 blue chip Petrol unveiled plans to make a takeover bid for Istrabenz within 30 days.
