April 7 (SeeNews) - Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] said on Monday it plans to pay a gross dividend of 1.1 euro ($1.5) per share for 2013, after paying 2.0 euro per share a year ago.
Zavarovalnica Triglav plans to distribute a total of 25 million euro in gross dividend from its accumulated earnings, the insurer said in a bourse filing after its supervisory board approved the decision.
The distribution of the remaining part of its accumulated profit, worth of 52.8 million euro, will be decided in the upcoming years.
