April 8 (SeeNews) - Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] said it plans to increase the capital of its Serbian unit, Triglav Osiguranje, to up to 6.5 million euro ($8.9 million).
The aim of the capital increase is that the Belgrade-based company achieve the required capital adequacy, Zavarovalnica Triglav said in a bourse filing on Monday, after its supervisory board approved the proposed move.
Details were not provided.
