September 27 (SeeNews) - The foreign exchange (FX) reserves held by Slovenia's central bank amounted to 841.8 million euro ($889.6 million) at the end of August, up by 8.7 million euro compared to a month earlier, the central bank said.
The total international reserves of Slovenia's central bank went up to 2.193 billion euro at the end of August from 2.183 billion euro a month earlier, according to data posted on the website of the central bank.
Gold reserves grew by 1.3 million euro on a monthly comparison basis to 182.9 million euro at the end of August, special drawing rights (SDRs) went down to 969.0 million euro from 969.9 million euro and Slovenia's reserve position in the International Monetary Fund (IMF) went up to 199.4 million euro from 198.5 million euro, the central bank noted.
