June 15 (SeeNews) - The Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) announced that under its quarterly review, it has set new calculation parameters for its blue-chip share index, the SBITOP, which will be valid from June 19.
"Pursuant to the Instructions for Index, Liquidity Criteria, Price List and other Statistics a quarterly review of index calculation parameters of the SBITOP was carried out and the index weighting factor of an issue of shares index was established," the LJSE said in a statement.
The weight of fuel retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] in the index was increased the most, to 26.15% from 24.61% previously, while the weight of insurer Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] was reduced the most, by 0.66 percentage points.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] and Petrol remain the heavyweights in the index, with 29.98% and 26.15% weight, respectively.
The issuers in the composition of the index remain unchanged.
