September 6 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) fell for a fifth consecutive day on Tuesday, as telecommunications provider Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] lost the most among the blue chips, bourse data showed.
Telekom Slovenije ended the trading session 0.92% lower at 54 euro, generating a turnover of 29,513 euro ($29,147) on Tuesday, LJSE data showed.
Reinsurer Pozavarovalnica Sava [LJE:POSR] paced the blue-chip gainers, with shares advancing 0.92% to 22 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index fell 0.08% to 1,093.43 points. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also dropped 0.08% to close at 1,367.50 points.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest single trading turnover on the bourse on Tuesday - of 600,254 euro. Its shares closed at 95 euro, unchanged compared with the previous trading session.
The stock exchange's total turnover slightly fell to 948,890 euro on Tuesday from 1 million euro on Monday.
