August 4 (SeeNews) - The two share indices of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed higher on Thursday, as total trading turnover remained low, bourse data showed.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,152.75 points, up 1.01%, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, gained 0.96% and closed at 1,435.24 points, LJSE data showed.
Fuel and petroleum retailer Petrol [LJE:PETG] paced the risers, with shares adding 2.67% to 500 euro.
At the other end, chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] lead the decliners, as its shares went down 0.72% to 276 euro on Thursday.
The bourse's total trading turnover slightly increased to 845,146 euro ($861,600) on Thursday from 822,603 euro on Wednesday.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:LJSE] generated the highest single trading turnover on the bourse on Thursday - 234,932 euro. Its shares closed at 98.60 euro, up 0.41%.
