March 29 (SeeNews) - The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and highly capitalised stocks on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) declined 1.23% to 777.58 points on Wednesday after decreasing 0.48% in the previous session.
Total stock turnover on the LJSE fell to 2.37 million euro ($2.55 million) from 2.45 million euro on Tuesday.
Insurer Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] accounted for Wednesday's largest turnover, of 932,370 euro, the bulk of which was generated in a single block deal for 25,000 shares.
Drug producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the second-highest turnover on Wednesday, of 674,080 euro, including a 260,000 euro block deal.
Financial company KD Group [LJE:KDHR] fell the most, by 3.53%, closing at 8.01 euro in a modest turnover of 1,320 euro.
Logistics company Intereuropa [LJE:IEKG] was the top blue-chip gainer on Wednesday, appreciating 5.77% to a closing price of 1.65 euro in a turnover of 37,070 euro.
