February 22 (SeeNews) - Slovenia has reopened a 30-year bond due in October 2050 to add 200 million euro ($213 million) and bring its new outstanding amount to 1.85 billion euro, it said.
"When the order book closed at 1315 CET, it exceeded 440 million euro (including 85 million euro of orders from the organisers of the issue)," the finance ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
The price of the additional issue of the bond was set with a yield to maturity of 3.758% and a spread of 137.1 basis points over the German benchmark ten-year bond, the finance ministry said.
The organisers of the issue were Barclays, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank and Erste Group, the ministry noted.
