January 20 (SeeNews) - Slovenia recorded the biggest increase in construction production on both annual and monthly comparison basis among EU member states for which data is available, Eurostat said.
Slovenia's construction output rose by 18.4% year-on-year and by 12.2% month-on-month in November, the bloc's statistical office said on Tuesday.
Romania posted an annual increase of 9.3% in construction production, marking the second-highest growth rate among EU member states in the month under review. However, the country's construction output declined by 4.9% on a monthly comparison basis - the largest decrease among EU-27.
