LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 12 (SeeNews) – Slovenian sovereign holding company SDH invited potential investors on Thursday to submit offers for the purchase of minority state-owned stakes in 15 local companies.
The largest offer is a 0.0957% stake in holding company Pomorska Druzba, while the smallest stake is a stake of 0.0001% in retailer Mercator [LJE:MELR], SDH said in a public call for bids.

Interested buyers should include in their offers the price they are proposing to pay for the chosen stake, and the means of payment which should be executed within 30 days after the contract signing, the statement said.
The offers should be valid at least until October 31, 2019.
The deadline for submitting bids is October 3.
