January 5 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's finance ministry has mandated six international banks to lead manage a dual-tranche euro-denominated securities transaction, it said.
Barclays, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs Bank Europe SE and J.P. Morgan will lead manage a euro-denominated transaction consisting of a four-year benchmark due 2026 and 40-year benchmark due 2062, the finance ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.
The issues are expected to be offered in the near future, depending on the situation on the financial markets, the finance ministry added.
The transaction will be carried out under Regulation S of the US Securities and Exchange Commission in dematerialised registered form.
