February 7 (SeeNews) - Slovenia's retail trade volume grew by 44.1% on an annual comparison basis in December, the highest increase in the EU for a fourth straight month, Eurostat said.
In month-on-month comparison, Slovenia posted the second-steepest retail trade volume growth in the EU, of 2.1%, the bloc's statistical office said on Friday.
Romania saw the lowest year-on-year rise in volume of retail trade among EU countries in Southeast Europe (SEE), of 6.5%.
