August 6 (SeeNews) - Slovak real estate developer Corwin has started the construction of a 45 million euro ($53 million) residential project in the Slovenian capital Ljubljana, Slovenian media reported on Thursday.
The pre-sale procedures are already underway, state news agency STA reported, citing information from the company.
According to data published on Corwin's website, the Kvartet housing project in Ljubljana is their first outside of Slovakia. The project aims to convert to residential use a former industrial site in Ljubljana's most populous district of Siska.
The complex will comprise 221 apartments spread across four 16-storey residential towers, designed to appeal equally to first-time buyers and families.
Residents will be able to enjoy unimpeded views of the Alps from the upper floors, Corwin says.
