October 15 (SeeNews) - The blue-chip MBI-10 index of the stock exchange in Skopje closed at 5,699.83 points on Friday, up 1.1% compared with its closing value of 5,635.11 points on October 8, bourse data showed.
Turnover on the official market of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE) fell to 68.9 million denars ($1.3 million/1.1 million euro) in four trading sessions this week from 130.8 million denars in five trading sessions last week.
The bourse was closed on October 11 due to a national holiday.
Komercijalna Banka [MSE:KMB] contributed the largest single portion of the trading turnover on the MSE this week, of 30.2 million denars, as 2,956 of the lender's shares changed hands in a total of 108 transactions.
The MSE's OMB bond index closed at 133.72 points, unchanged compared with the closing value on October 8.
